HOW DOES IT WORK?

It really is simple – Tell Liberty what staff you require and when. Using our comprehensive network we search through our candidate base (UK and European) and highlight the potential candidates. At no cost to you, Liberty arrange for applicants travel arrangements and short stay accommodation. Due to the likely nature of the job specification, it is normal practise for clients to carry out on site skills testing, for example weld tests, which Liberty arrange through our UK offices. If successful, applicants are then offered either a temporary or permanent placement with your company.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE

Under normal circumstances we can identify suitable Polish and Eastern European applicants within 48 hours and have the candidate in front of you within 5 working days. Candidates based in the UK are normally available for testing within 48 hours of your request.

OK – WHAT ABOUT THE COST

The outline process costs are met by Liberty Industrial. We charge in the normal way an agreed hourly charge rate for the temporary personnel supplied or a flat rate for successful candidates who are required on a permanent contract basis. The only commitment we ask is that those individuals who are required on a temporary contract basis are provided with a minimum of ten weeks work. There are NO other costs to you or the candidates – these are met by us.

This service is offered to Liberty lndustrial clients by way of joining our overseas sourcing programme – remember this is a free additional service although you must be registered for the service, but it costs nothing to let us know how we can find the right people for you. All we ask is that you call either of our offices.
